Join me at my hands-on cooking sessions: you will prepare plenty of healthy and good tasting dishes. After each session we will eat together and you will also discover our red and white wines and lots of legends and history of our region. My aim is to combine workshops with emotion, culture, tradition, habits and customs from which the cuisine has evolved.
Wine, food, art, nature, the Lake Orta is a hidden jewel that you’ll have the chance to discover.
A cooking session begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. for a group of 4 to 8 persons.
You’ll prepare a meal which includes: fresh pasta or risotto or gnocchi, a typical regional dish and a dessert and a cheese&wine tasting. On request it will be also possible to organize vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, coeliac session.
