Perch fillets with butter and sage

A very easy lake fish recipe that can be prepared in a few minutes.
For 4 servings you’ll need
perch fillets 16
olive oil 1/2 cup
white flour 5 tablespoons
butter 70 g.
sage leaves
salt

Wash and dry the fish fillets and let them in flour, sauté them with hot olive oil. Once each side is cooked, remove them from the pan, pass them on paper towels and put them in a serving dish. Brown the butter with sage and pour on fish.
The best way to serve it is with a risotto.
