I was born on 1964 with a genetical passion for cooking: both my grandfathers were chef in small restaurants in Italy and France. My mother is french, my father is italian and I began travelling Europe very young, searching for new traditions and languages. I speak english, french, german and italian. After my studies in Economy of tourism I’ve been working in restaurants and wine bar, in tourism information agencies and now in communication and public relations. l began in late 1990’s to organize cooking classes and wine tastings on lake Orta. In the last few years I became very interested in studying the food-body-soul relation, macrobiotics and the properties of food and how to make our life healthier eating good natural food, according to our local tradition.
I’m also a relational counselor, so I will assure you a particular attention to your well-being and needs during your stay.
My kitchen is located in a old 18th century house in Omegna, at about 1 hour driving from Milan Malpensa Airport.
